This role will enable you to gain direct knowledge and hands-on experience with how to manage client, vendor, and contractor expectations. Your role will be crucial in productive self-management to drive project efficiency.

Ideally, the candidate has experience in building cost analysis documents, sourcing materials, providing hand sketches for team collaboration, and building material trays for client review and overall project storytelling. You will work directly under leadership, aiding the project’s success.

  • GENERAL INFORMATION

    Position: Part-Time (3 days per week. 8 hr shifts)

    Days: Monday - Wednesday

    Time: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

    Location: Dallas, TX

    Compensation: Based on experience

    This is a part-time work-from-home (WFH) position. You and your team lead will discuss the days necessary to be in the office for project needs.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Willing to learn the full design process including Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Procurement, and Installation.

K-SAMONE & CO is seeking a highly skilled data entry clerk who is self-sufficient in time management skills and finalizing contractual agreements.

Ideally, the candidate has defined manageable systems in an effort to support operation server browsing for contractual agreements (e.g. , clients scope approvals, trade programs, bespoke/custom furnishings, etc.).

This role will involve quarterly social media and website editing for fresh and up-to-date company publications of upcoming and lapsed events, approved trade partnerships, project listings, and highlights.

This role will involve some product/material sourcing to expand our interiors and architecture catalog of iconic designs.

OPERATIONS AGENT concierge

K-SAMONE & CO is seeking a highly skilled customer experience agent who will aid the overall client expectations when inquiring about K-SAMONE & CO services. The ideal candidate must have excellent sales pitching skills that are relatable, comforting, and honest.

This role requires a healthy mindset, so while working from home your environment is TOP priority in filling this position. It can not be loud or distractive while driving sales and acquiring vendor partnerships. You must be motivated, strategic, and execution-oriented in efforts to drive growth and efficiencies across sales and operations.

This role will involve some owner’s representation.

    • Scheduling meetings and discovery calls for prospective clients.

    • Log all prospective clients, vendor/trade, and editorial opportunity calls for Owner’s review. prospective client calls should be highly detailed to ensure preparation for the closing of the deal.

    • Manage vendor relationships and source new vendors to optimize the supply chain and meet in-house demands.

    • Must be prompt and assertive while speaking to prospective clients and trade professionals.

    • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

    • Drive company priorities forward via cross-functional collaboration; manage initiatives and launch end-to-end.

    • Help develop company growth strategy and manage strategic planning processes.
